Started 20 years ago as an Amiga game, Paramodo is back in development. It's the adventure of a laboratory rat, Subject #p4r4m0d0. The chief scientist has subjected the poor rat to mad genetic experimentation, removing key DNA segments until Paramodo has been devolved to a fish. Now the intrepid animal must escape and regain her DNA, climbing her way back up the evolutionary ladder to freedom.
The current game design features nine game worlds, each with five levels of platform game action and a "boss battle". Liberate other lab animals, power up (or down) with mysterious chemical concoctions, and unlock hidden levels and features. |
